The ascot is a well looked after property. Very clean crisp a really nice decor. The staff are first rate and go out of there way to help. The Saturday morning I had to leave early to go on a tour so wouldn’t be able to have breakfast. Not a problem the staff put a breakfast together that I collected on the morning (no extra cost) Needed some bits while I was there was told the best shop to go to and what to look for. Really nice hotel

Great location - less than 10 min walk to old town centre. Beautiful spacious and comfortable triple room - giving us a bed each. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Great communication before our trip and staff booked a couple of day trips on our behalf ahead of our visit. Good value for money.

Liked location close to centre,ideal for a city break. Breakfast was good as was the breakfast room. Handy for train which we done on our return journey to the airport. Worth pointing out that train line runs behind hotel,recommend a front room.

This is a fairly small hotel, but it exudes quiet efficiency. There are lots of little touches like type of pillow and slippers if you asked for them. The staff welcome was pleasant and quick. Our room was small, but big enough and had what we needed. Comfy bed, a kettle, which when we were there was not listed on the Booking.com room list, and a small fridge. Thr shower had plenty of warm water. The room was always nicely warm. Breakfast again was efficient, with empty dishes refilled quickly, and whither first or last in the dining room there was always plenty to eat. Good choice of dishes, warm and cold. The old town is just a short walk away.

Fantastic Stay at Ascot Premium Hotel, Kraków! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ascot Premium Hotel in Kraków, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Old Town and Main Square, making it easy to explore the city's historic sites, restaurants, and attractions. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself is peaceful and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a great stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the little details like the coffee and tea-making facilities, a well-designed bathroom, and soundproof windows that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or arranging transportation, their hospitality truly stood out. Breakfast was a highlight—there was a great selection of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore the beautiful city of Kraków. Overall, I highly recommend Ascot Premium Hotel to anyone visiting Kraków. It offers excellent service, comfort, and a prime location at a great value. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When we first arrived at the hotel, we were friendly welcomed by the girl at the reception. Explained everything very well and was very friendly! When we came to our room (we had a room for 3 people) we saw that the traintracks were just next to the windows.. at first we weren't happy with it, but we had to give it a night to really see if it would affect our nightrest. (This didn't affected our nightrest at all, so nothing to worry about!) Our first morning we went to Auschwitz which meant that we had to wake up at 4.30 AM. We asked the reception to take a lunch with us from the hotel and is was everything we needed! (So if you go on a daytrip, make sure to reserve your lunch!) The hotel lobby/bar isn't that big, but very cozy! The staff was always very friendly and there's enought choice. The cocktails are so good and cheap! (Make sure to try the Cheeky Monkey!) The breakfast is small but everything you want/need is there. The location of the hotel is also very good! So long story short: if you go to Krakau, stay here. Friendly, good location, good breakfast, very comfy beds and modern! Also a big thank you for giving me the recipe for the Cheeky Monkey!!

Lovely clean room with AC and a fridge. Great bathroom with toiletries. Amazing breakfast. Lovely bar and lounge in the hotel. Great location.
